I've always been aware that "I know things" that can't be explained rationally. My first experience of this happened while alone at home when I was 14. I turned and saw a woman standing in front of me. She was wearing, what I thought at the time, a wedding gown.She also had something on her head, like a crown of some kind. She just stood there staring at me. She did'nt say a word. I've been asked if I thought that she was a ghost and why I was'nt afraid to see someone in my home, when I should have been alone? I can only say that I "just knew she was good." I also knew that she wasn't what we would call a ghost. I can't say that I knew she was an angel back then. Because, I'd only been to church, maybe three times in my life at the time and don't remember ever being taught or hearing about angels or spirit guides. But, for some reason I "just knew" that she was good and that there was no reason to be afraid.
Since then, I've had visions that are like, "floating over something as it is happening", like watching a short movie. I'm wide awake and all of a sudden I'm seeing something that I know hasn't happened yet, but for some reason, knowing it will. Otherwise known as, clairvoyance ("clear seeing"). This occurrence of knowing things can also manifest itself in more physical ways. Feelings of anxiousness or your stomach hurts and you don't know why, and then someone or something negative happens, afterwards. It can also show up as feeling very sad or very happy, without explanation. You may find out that something has happened to a friend and you have been feeling their emotions. This is clairsentience ("clear feeling").
